- Our default shipping service is Canada Post land delivery. We also offer expidited and Xpresspost which is of course faster. We will be adding more information and options in 2010. If you have any questions about estimated time of arrival or faster service please call or email us.
- Privacy & Security
- We don't share your personal information with anyone. We do not accept bank account numbers or credit card numbers on this website. We direct the transation directly the Paypal website for your convience and security.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are Anne of Green Gables fans and think of our customers as kindred spirits. We will do whatever we can to help. Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchases from us within seven days if it proves otherwise. We will replace it or refund your purchase price. We do not want you to have anything from Island Spirit PEI that is not completely satisfactory.
- Ordering
- Our web store checkout process offers the ability to devide an order between multiple addresses to help you share with kindred spirits. Free gift messaging at the order and even individual item levels are also availbile during checkout. We can also take orders by phone and email
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- You do not need a Paypal accout in order to use their service for credit and debit cards. Checkout payment is processed on Paypal.com. You can also order and pay via email via Paypal. We also accept money order and cheques payable to Island Spirit PEI. Please note that money orders from outside of Canada must be internation (pink ones in USA)
- Viewing Orders
- After your oder you will recieve a PDF reciept. To view your order status within our website you have to register which gives you your own customer page for orders and more. Those who choose the Guest option instead of registering will have to email or call for a status update. We often ship on the same day so if you would like to make any changes to the order after checkout is complete then please contact us ASAP.
- Updating Account Information
- LRegistered users will get a username and password to login to their own area. Guest checkouts do not store your contact information within the website. Guest checkout account information remains withing Paypal, order reciept and Island Spirit PEI bookkeeping.
